Co-expression results for Arabidopsis metabolic pathways

This page gives links to co-expression results reported in the paper 'Transcriptional Coordination of the Metabolic Network in Arabidopsis thaliana.' The table below lists metabolic pathways analyzed in the paper, with links to a mirror of AraCyc hosted at UAB. To download compressed, tab-delimited spreadsheets with regression results for a pathway, right-click (Windows, Unix) or control-click (Mac) the 'ATH1 regression results' links. Note that if you open these files in Excel, very small p values will be incorrectly displayed as 0. The final column in the table lists probe sets (ATH1 array from Affymetrix) and target genes for each pathway. Only probe sets annotated as having a single target gene are listed. Probe set ids link to probe set pages at the Affymetrix NetAffx Web site; viewing these links will require registration.
